called gynecomastia) is a procedure during which over-developed,
enlarged male breast are being corrected. 
Gynecomastia is necessary if
male breasts size is too big, areola are stretched, breasts are saggy
and have visible excess of skin. The situation is caused by significant
excess of fat tissue, glandular tissue or both excess fat and glandular
